hooked up to a home made milking machine
clear pvc tube . pcv fittings and 2 hose connections. and a silicone inner tube. i got a pulsing valve from old milking farm machine then connected it all to a vacuum pump

assuming its a surge milker, like for cows. can make em pretty cheap, vacuum pump, regulator, pulsator and a shell and inflation liner for less than 200 bucks.
