@Hayel, dark yellow or any yellow urine means your not hydrated. But clear urine shoes you are hydrated. So drink water. Soda and energy drinks doesn't make you hydrated. Which is why clear urine is safe to drink if you're into pissing into your subs mouth. So if you plan on making your sub drink your piss and you care for his safety and health, then drink plenty of water to make sure your piss is clear like water.
